Event: Totally Models Weekend

An interesting new event has been added to the Blackpool Calendar. Organised by volunteers at Blackpool Tram Tours, Totally Models Weekend features a model tram show in the workshops at Rigby Road depot. Admission is £5. A limited number of depot tours are available at £10. A 'Gold' heritage tram service is scheduled the timetable including the annual 'Starr Gate' service with most journeys extended beyond the usual southern heritage terminus at Pleasure Beach. An hourly service to Fleetwood is also provided. A further service will take people to the tram depot and heritage buses are also programmed.
