Poulton to Knott End Then & Now Running Day 14 May
The Lancastrian Transport Trust is organising a running day between Poulton and Knott End. Three LTT buses will run as the traditional route 85 between the two towns, making a 15 minute frequency with Catch 22 service 24. The LTT buses will run free, fares will be charged as usual on the 24.
LTT service 85 will leave Poulton Booths at 1005, 1035, 1050, 1105, 1135, 1155, 1245, 1305, 1335, 1350, 1405, 1435, 1450, 1505, 1535, 1550 and 1605, returning from Knott End 30 minutes later. The 24 leaves Poulton at 1020 and hourly to 1620 (1050-1650 from Knott End). Buses are expected to be drawn from a pool of Lytham St. Annes 70, Blackpool PD3s 516 and 529 and Ribble Atlantean 1805.
